Refunds, Returns, and Warranty

Return and Cancellation Policy

At Stocky AutoWorks, it is essential to ensure you are ordering the correct items as ALL sales are final. THERE ARE NO FULL REFUNDS.

Returns

  • Return Period: Returns must be made within 15 days after delivery in brand new, unopened condition.
  • Restocking Fee: ALL returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging. Damaged packaging will result in refusal of the return.
  • Refused Packages: Packages refused by the shipping company will be treated as returned.

Cancellations

  • Cancellation Fee: All canceled orders are subject to a 10% cancellation/processing fee without exceptions.
  • Shipped Orders: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  • Special Orders: Special order items are subject to a 20% restocking fee and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Ineligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Opened or used items
  • Installed or test-fitted items
  • Scratched or damaged items
  • Dirty, damaged, or opened packaging
  • Poorly packaged items upon return
  • Gift cards
  • Items with voided manufacturer seals
  • Special ordered items
  • Products missing parts

Note: Stocky AutoWorks does not cover return shipping fees for packages sent for returns.

Lost and Stolen Packages

  • Lost Packages: Once your order is shipped, the shipping company is responsible for delivery. If your package is lost, you must work with us to open a claim with the shipping company. Claims can take 2-6 weeks to complete. The shipping company will contact you to approve or deny the claim. We cannot refund or reship lost packages that are not approved by the shipping company.
  • Stolen Packages: If you believe your package has been stolen, you must file a police report and work with your local deliverer. Stocky AutoWorks and the shipping company are not responsible for delivered packages that have been stolen.

Packages are covered by the basic insurance amount approved by the shipping company.

Warranties

Any damaged or defective items must be warranted through the manufacturer of the product. Stocky AutoWorks is not liable or responsible for product issues. We sell products but do not manufacture them. We cannot replace or refund items that are damaged or defective.
